When you think about being healthy long term what would be the most important thing? Is it:
1. Breathing good quality air?
2. Exercising regularly?
3. Meditation?
4. What you eat and drink everyday?
5. Your genes?
6. Managing your stress?
7. Being positive and enjoying life?
8. Being in good, positive relationships?
9. Other?
I think all of the items above will have an impact but I personally believe that what you drink and eat over the long term will have the most impact for the majority of people. A little bit of poison every day for weeks, months and years will create health problems. Also the lack of essential nutrients will also play a role.
